About the Allan Gray Accelerate Internship

The Allan Gray Accelerate Internship is a fast-paced, vacation program designed for outstanding students who are passionate about investments. This four-day internship, running from 1-4 July 2025, will allow participants to showcase their skills, solve real-world challenges, and gain firsthand exposure to the financial services industry.

As an intern, you will have the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals and gain insights into how Allan Gray delivers world-class service to its clients.

Who Should Apply?

This internship is for final-year students who:

• Are ready to begin full-time employment in 2026.
• Are pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science, specializing in (but not limited to):
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Investments
  • Statistics
  • Business Management
• Have a strong academic record.
• Are eligible to work in South Africa.

What You Need to Succeed

Beyond academics, Allan Gray is looking for candidates with the following qualities:

• Passion for investments and the financial sector.
• A service-oriented mindset with a willingness to help clients.
• High performance drive and openness to challenges.
• Curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
