Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Marker, you will be responsible for:

  • Marking online assessment activities at the undergraduate level, focusing on the FET/GET learning area.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and ensuring timely submission of marks.
  • Applying theoretical and practical knowledge in Educational Foundation subjects to mark online scripts.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in technology and ensuring reliable internet access for online marking.

Minimum Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Education.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Educational Foundation subjects, including technology-assisted learning methods.
  • Experience in marking assessment activities online.
  • Teaching, supervision, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with students both individually and in teams.
  • Familiarity with teaching strategies and educational technologies.

  • Not required.
