Training will be provided for and assistance needed with the following:

•  General administrative support tasks
• Social media posting
• Unifying company-related documents to meet the corporate identity specifications
• Transcribing of minutes, interviews and recordings of events
• Media monitoring
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, publications and correspondence
• Planning for inhouse and corporate events
• Communicating with suppliers and service providers during event preparation
• Preparation and ordering of branded material
• Management of company’s digital media library
• Compiling event budgets, evaluations & reports
• Participating in team meetings and providing detailed feedback on tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in one of these fields: Communications / Public Relations / Media Studies
• Applicants residing in Springs and aged between 18 and 35 years
• Computer literate, familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, and open to learning to work with new software and applications
• Ability to communicate effectively (in writing and verbally)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
