About the Role

As an Agent in Recoveries Administration, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective query resolution services to clients, third parties, and branches. Your primary focus will be on handling queries related to Capitec Bank’s handed-over and debt review clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficient Query Resolution: Provide effective solutions to client queries related to handed-over and debt review accounts.
• Client and Branch Support: Support branches and third parties by offering accurate and timely query resolution services.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain high standards of administrative accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience Required

Minimum Experience

• 2 years’ relevant working experience in banking, administration, or retail administration.

Ideal Experience

• Capitec Bank experience is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to an environment of client service excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate.

Ideal or Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Minimum Knowledge

• General office systems and administration practices.
• Client service standards and principles.
• National Credit Act (NCA).
• Estates Act.
• Understanding of the business environment related to service providers.

Ideal Knowledge

• Familiarity with Capitec Bank’s service environment.

Skills Needed

• Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication.
• Computer Literacy – Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Business Writing Skills – Crafting clear and professional business correspondence.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of administration.
• Administration Skills – Efficiently managing office and administrative tasks.
