Internship Overview

• Position: ITS Internship

Internship Responsibilities

✔ On-site and remote end-user support (applications and printers)
✔ PC hardware, software, and connectivity support
✔ Coordinating computer repairs and software maintenance
✔ Documentation, administration, and security compliance
✔ Adhering to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality)responsibilities

Eligibility Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum A+ and N+ certification
• Strong technical skills in:
  • Windows Desktop & Server
  • Active Directory
  • MS Exchange & Office
  • Network & Security
  • Printer support

Additional Skills & Experience

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Experience in Managed Services & Cloud Solutions (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license required
