Program Scope

The Emerging Leaders Graduate Program offers early-career graduates a chance to grow within Colgate-Palmolive’s commercial functions, including Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing.

Through job rotations and project assignments, graduates will gain essential experience. Upon completing the 24-month program, high-performing trainees may be offered a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As part of Colgate-Palmolive’s commercial team, you will:

• Engage consumers and customers daily to contribute to brand growth.
• Support category development and consumer engagement.
• Participate in business-driven projects to support company goals.

Requirements

• Education:
  • Minimum B.Com Degree (Honors preferred) in Strategic Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Specialization in Digital/Analytics is advantageous.
• Experience:
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Results-driven with leadership qualities.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
