Evander Gold Mines invites unemployed youth to apply for Engineering Learnership Programme 2024 / 2025.

Available Positions:

• Fitting
• Boilermaking
• Instrumentation
• Mechanician
• Electrical

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate with passes in Mathematics (not Maths Literacy), Physical Science, and English, OR NCV Level 4 in a relevant trade with all courses completed.
• Fitness: Certificate of Fitness or the ability to obtain one.
• Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Documentation: Certified copies of all relevant certificates, ID, and proof of address (not older than 3 months).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in both off-the-job and on-the-job training as part of the Trade Learnership Programme.
• Take responsibility for your training programme and proactively engage in your development.
• Complete and pass the relevant trade test.
• Represent the company as an ambassador and adhere to the code of conduct.
