The main purpose of the Controlling graduate role is to support the controlling team in ensuring and enhancing the plant’s financial performance and competitiveness. The graduate assists in various activities related to financial control and reporting. Some of the essential responsibilities and duties include:

1. Ensuring compliance with financial procedures, both internal and external.
2. Providing reliable financial and controlling information by collecting, managing, and updating data for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
3. Conducting controlling analysis such as variance analysis, standard costs, margin analysis, and budgetary control.
4. Collaborating with the Shared Service Center to obtain and provide finance-related information.
5. Contributing to the control and management of the plant’s operating cash flow, including aspects like capital expenditure and inventory management.

Qualifications and position requirements for this role typically include:

• Education: A National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge and experience: Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Languages: Good communication skills and proficiency in computer skills.
