We are seeking a recently qualified student, with little to no job experience that has a qualification or experience in warehousing.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Staff to assist in organizing and maintaining our storage areas. The role involves repacking and organizing stock, systematically sorting sections on a weekly basis, performing stock checks, and reconciling stock balances and variances.

The ideal candidate must be analytical, physically capable of handling warehouse duties, and trustworthy in managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repack and organize inventory within the store.
• Systematically work through one section per week, ensuring all items are properly sorted and stored.
• Conduct stock checks and assist in reconciling stock balances and variances.
• Lift, carry, and move boxes safely to optimize storage space.
• Identify and report discrepancies in stock levels.
• Maintain an accurate inventory record and support stock control processes.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes of varying weights.
• Trustworthy and responsible in handling inventory.
• Organized and methodical in approach to work.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
