Glencore invites unemployed graduates to apply for 12 months Engineering Internship Programme 2025.

About the Learnership:

Glencore is inviting unemployed youth who have completed N2 with relevant trade theory to apply for the Engineering Learnership programme. This learnership offers a valuable opportunity to gain technical and work-specific skills in chosen engineering trade fields. Upon successful completion, candidates will qualify as Artisans with a recognized trade certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering a learnership agreement with the MQA.
• Completing theoretical and practical trade modules at the training centre.
• Completing all phases of the learnership programme within the specified time frame.
• Participating in On-the-Job training modules.
• Undergoing workplace readiness and technical panel evaluations.
• Attending both Basic and Advanced Engineering Skills Courses.
• Assisting with basic Artisan tasks during practical exposure stages.

Minimum Requirements:

• N2 qualification with relevant Trade Theory.
