Helios Towers invites applications from South African unemployed youth to apply for Supply Chain Learnership Programme 2023.

The purpose of the role is to be a Supply Chain Learner and gain entry level experience.

Role Responsibilities

As a Learner – Supply Chain, you would learn to:

• Loading Suppliers and vendor management
• Creating Purchase orders
• Assisting with RFP and RFQ process
• Assist with the tracking of Spend Justifications
• Management of invoices and purchase orders
• Ad hoc projects as required to increase efficiency within the department
• Build good supplier relationships in respect to invoice processing and payment items.
• Ensure all filing of supporting documentation are done immediately, accurately and securely in line with group policy requirements
• Assist with audit requests
• Monthly reports

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• Supply Chain / Accounting Bcom Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
