Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales team in their daily activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing customer communications.
  • Customer Research: Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and competitors to help the team tailor their approach.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads, reaching out via email or phone to schedule appointments or follow up with potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Input and update client information and sales activities into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare materials and presentations for sales meetings.
  • Market Analysis: Assist with analyzing market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.
  • Sales Support: Help coordinate and support sales events, webinars, and promotions.
  • Shadowing Sales Reps: Participate in client calls or meetings, gaining exposure to how professional sales interactions are conducted.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing sales materials, and assisting with data entry.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • A strong desire to learn about the sales process and business development.
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
