Job Details:

• Position: Financial Intern (x5 positions)
• Contract Duration: Two-Year Fixed-Term-Based Contract
• Remuneration: R100,000.00 per annum (All Inclusive) – Category 3 Municipality

Responsibilities:

The Financial Intern will be responsible for:

• Strategic and operational financial management
• Budget preparation and financial reporting
• Financial and performance reporting
• Governance ethics and values
• Audit accountability
• Partnership and stakeholder relations
• Procurement and contract management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Risk Management, Financial Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge and understanding of accounting, auditing, economics, and financial management principles.
• Good communication skills (Both spoken and written)
• Computer skills
• Maximum age limit: 35 years
• Proof of Residence required
