The Chartered Accountants Programme is tailored to equip successful candidates with hands-on experience in financial management, decision-making, and control processes. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational Qualification: You must be in possession of a CTA (Certificate in the Theory of Accounting) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification that is no older than 2 years or currently studying towards completing a CTA or equivalent postgraduate qualification. This qualification must enable you to write the SAICA Initial Test of Competence (ITC) in 2025.
2. Resilience and Drive: We are looking for resilient, self-driven individuals with a keen interest in public sector finance, who are eager to embark on a rewarding career in the public service sector.
3. Strong Aspirations: Successful candidates should have the ambition and determination to succeed in this highly competitive and rewarding programme.
