Primary Function: Receiving and recording of invoice rom different service providers. Distribution of
invoices too Project Manager’s.

Liaise with service providers as a monthly basis to ensure
invoices are submitted. Budget analysis to ensure project are implemented within the available budget.
Record keeping for case of refence in case of disputes or queries.
Key Performance Areas: Interact with Transport Finance, Project Managers and Implementing Agents
.Assist in the administration work for record keeping. Submit administrative documents for reporting and tracking of expenditure.
