We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join our Digital Marketing team to support the execution of the Digital Marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections.
• Work on the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
• Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Iconosquare, Creator Studio.
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customer queries on social platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments (Online merchant team, customer service, etc.).

Requirements:

Completed / Studying towards a Degree or Diploma in:

1. Communications,
2. Marketing,
3. Business,
4. New Media
5. Public Relations

Competencies:

• Interest in Design, and basic design skills
• Exceptional communications skills: writing, editing (photo/video/text), interpersonal and presentation
• Detailed oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
