Northam Eland Platinum Mine invites qualified individuals to apply for its 12-month Internship Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the mining industry, and to start their career journey in a professional and dynamic environment.

Role Requirements:

• Education:
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • National Diploma/Degree at NQF Level 6 or 7 in one of the following disciplines: Mining, Mine Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy, Finance, or Data Science
  • Work experience to fulfill qualification requirements
  • Medical certificate of fitness
• Personal Attributes:
  • Strong passion for learning and personal growth
  • Drive to succeed in the mining industry
  • Eagerness to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
