Job Purpose:

The Work Integrated Learning Programme aims to provide operational/technical and shared services functions within the respective business area. It involves performing duties aligned with the specific role and gaining experience through a learning program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing professional operational/technical/shared services functions to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Maintaining quality workmanship, timely execution of tasks, and safe work practices.
• Emphasizing teamwork, good working behaviors, and superior customer service.
• Adhering to company procedures, including Health and Safety standards.
• Assisting with operational/execution support activities and tasks as per business area requirements.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:

Qualifications:

• Matriculation certificate (Grade 12)
• TVET/FET qualification in a relevant discipline
• Knowledge of general hygiene practices
• Eagerness for continuous learning and growth
• Focus on service excellence and customer relations

Skills:

• Communication, problem-solving, reporting, and presentation skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Ability to be mobile and travel independently within a geographical area
• Willingness to work shifts (where applicable)

Knowledge:

• Computer literacy
• Excellent telephonic and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
