Purpose of the Role

This program aims to provide youth with professional, efficient, and effective operational and technical functions within various business areas. Participants will engage in a structured learning program designed to enhance their skills and experience in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional operational and technical support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Understand and effectively perform assigned duties while adhering to safe work practices.
• Foster teamwork and good working behaviors.

• Maintain professionalism through polite and helpful interactions with stakeholders.
• Cultivate excellence in customer service.
• Adhere to the company dress code, ensuring clean and presentable corporate/safety wear.

Main Activities

• Execute tasks as per role requirements and provide support to management regarding maintenance and hygiene issues.
• Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Assist in operational execution support and perform administrative duties as required.
• Support exceptional task performance and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies

Qualifications:

• Matriculation Certificate.
• TVET/FET qualification in a relevant discipline.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of general hygiene practices.
• A desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Focus on service excellence and customer relations.

Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in reporting and presentation.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Ability to understand and apply operational rules.
• Mobility within the geographical area (where applicable).
• Willingness to travel (where applicable).
• Flexibility to work shifts (where applicable).
