About Red Lantern

Red Lantern is a forward-thinking sports marketing and digital media company. We partner with leading sports clubs and rights-holders worldwide, helping them grow audiences and revenue in priority international markets. We’re looking for a passionate individual to help us develop AI-driven tools to optimise our operations, marketing, and business development workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Experiment with ChatGPT and other AI solutions to streamline market research, performance monitoring, business development opportunities, RFP responses, and other internal business operations
• Develop workflows and AI agents for a variety of tasks (e.g., automating sales decks, writing outreach emails)
• Collaborate closely with our operations and sales teams to uncover additional opportunities for AI-powered improvements

Who We’re Looking For:

• A young professional or recent graduate, eager to learn and grow in the AI space
• Familiarity with AI tools (especially ChatGPT or similar platforms)
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering to optimise outputs
• An analytical and creative mindset, blending data-driven problem-solving with innovative thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic coding skills (Python or similar) advantageous but not essential, as you will predominantly be leveraging existing AI tech rather than developing software yourself
