Position Overview: Bafokeng Holdings is looking for a dynamic, highly committed, and recently graduated individual to join their Human Capital team as an intern. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment by assisting with various Human Capital-related projects and processes.

Required Documents:

• Detailed CV and motivational letter
• Certified copy of your ID, National Senior Certificate, and Human Resources Management qualification
• Official Academic Record
• Proof of residence

Key Attributes for the Successful Candidate:

• Strong conceptualizing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and think analytically

Core Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Knowledge of best HR/HC practices
