Minimum Qualifications

• BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Matric (with Mathematics and Physical Science)

No Experience Required

• This is an entry-level opportunity, and no previous work experience is necessary. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks, including:

• Providing technical support for the daily operations of the plant.
• Analyzing maintenance inspection feedback and suggesting solutions to address issues and improvements.
• Monitoring weekly plant performance and equipment breakdowns, proposing performance improvement solutions.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities to preserve the maintenance budget.
• Assisting in developing maintenance strategies and repair procedures.
• Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommending remedial actions.
• Leading and implementing improvement projects.
• Developing quality control plans for equipment repairs.
