South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2023.

Duration: One-Year Contract

The SAMRC extends an invite to graduates to apply and participate in an internship programme in various Units/ Departments at the various regions as indicated below.

Applicants are encouraged to apply for this programme by submitting their Curriculum Vitae (CV) and supporting documents (certified copies of completed Qualifications, Identity document and driver’s license where applicable) to: recruitment@mrc.ac.za.

Internships exist in the following Units/ Departments:

1. Finance, Location: CapeTown – (R 599A)
   Qualification: 3-year National Accounting Diploma or similar relevant qualification or higher
   Other criteria: Exposure to Excel and an Accounting package such as Pastel will be advantageous.
2. Human Resources (HR), Location: CapeTown – (R600A)
   Qualification: 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant qualification or higher
   Other criteria: Computer literate and ability to communicate effectively
3. Project Management and Accounting Office, Location: CapeTown – (R601A)
   Qualification: 3-year National Accounting Diploma or similar relevant qualification or higher
   Other criteria: Exposure to Excel and an Accounting package such as Pastel will be advantageous.

A stipend in line the level of qualification will be granted.
