Responsibilities:

• Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
• Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Monthly Stipend: R3800

Internship Requirements:

Completed at least a Minimum NQF 5 (Higher Certificate or higher) in:

• Administration,
• Secretarial,
• Business Management

Please note:

• Applicants must be between the ages 18- 30 years old
• The applicants must not have been exposed or have participated in an internship programme.
• Must be currently unemployed
